Dew ISD has adopted a tax rate that will raise more Maintenance and Operations Taxes than were raised at last year’s tax rate and will reduce taxes for Maintenance and Operations on an average home (Avg. Mkt. Value of $64,970.00) by approximately $110.57.

Dew ISD has adopted a tax rate that will raise less Maintenance and Operations taxes than were raised at last year’s tax rate and will increase taxes for Maintenance and Operations on an average home (Avg Mkt Value- 43,250) by approximately $30.01. This Statement about “tax increase” is in accordance with §26.05(b) of the State Property Tax Code .
