The Girls and Boys track teams ran at their first meet of the season last night. Everyone did so good and worked hard in all their events. The girls team placed 3rd overall out of 8 teams. Below is a list of everyone who placed in their events.
John Kuzmich placed first in the 1600m (1 mile) run with a time of 5:27 and first in the 2400m run (1.5 miles) with a time of 8:49.
Audrey Hagen, Talana Burns, Kimber Morgan, and Kodi Weaver placed 2nd in the 4X1 relay.
Audrey Hagen, Addy Walker, Jakiya Bolanos, and Kodi Weaver placed 3rd in the 4X2 relay.
Kodi Weaver placed 2nd and Talana Burns placed 5th in the 100m dash.
Talana Burns placed 3rd in the 400m dash.
Lorelai Croteau placed 5th in the 800m dash.
Colbie Robinson placed 6th in the 1600m run (1 mile).
Audrie Hagen placed 5th and Kimber Morgan placed 6th in the 100m hurdles.
Audrie Hagen placed 2nd in the high jump.
Talana Burns placed 5th in the Long Jump.
Ainsley Hall placed 4th in shot put and 5th in discus.
Reminder that the boys and girls first track meet is Monday, 2/26, at Cayuga. The field events will start at 3:30p and the running events will follow. Attached is a schedule of events in order.
